Flipped-Over Fridays: once you have a solid roll on both sides, try moving on to other rolls. There's a ton out there. Butterfly, hand roll, storm roll, reverse sweep… Here I'm practicing the end part of a reverse sweep. Instead of a single sweep motion, I'm sculling on my way up to practice the driving knee pressure needed for the end of the roll. #FlippedOverFridays
